Working closely with Hiring Managers to design annual recruitment strategies.Identifying potential candidates through key attraction and sourcing strategies.Participating in strategic HR projects, driving improvement initiatives to strengthen our talent pipeline.Acting as a strategic advisor for recruitment processes (market insights, compensation, experience across different levels).
