We put people first, care fiercely, earn trust with science and solve with courage – and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you Join us in shaping our future–and yours.Role reports to : LIDER REG REC E SELECAOLocation : Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao PauloWork Location : HybridWhat you will doThis position reports to the Head of Talent Access LATAM and can be based in São Paulo or São José dos Campos.The Talent Access Partner is responsible for developing sources of qualified applicants, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, informing applicants about job details, and leading recruitment and selection projects : Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in alignment with the company's goals and valuesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create innovative sourcing strategiesUtilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experienceStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition effortsDevelop and implement HR strategies to support sector / function goalsCollaborate with business partners to drive key talent initiativesIntegrate HR priorities into business plans and analyze drivers to inform HR solutionsLead talent planning and deployment strategies in partnership with local leadershipDrive talent agenda and achieve business results for the sector / functionShape culture, employee engagement, and change initiatives in collaboration with global-sector and HR leadersEnsure seamless experiences for both HR and the business by partnering across groups and sectorsWhat we are looking forQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is requiredRelevant previous experience in talent acquisition as a Recruiter / Talent Advisor is requiredAdvanced or fluent English is requiredAdvanced or fluent Spanish is a plusPrevious experience working in Consumer Goods segment is a plusProven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managersStrong HR competencies in Strategy, Talent mindset, Business mindset, Trusted partner, Integrator, Change advocate, Operational excellence, Analytics mindset, Digital championIf you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
