Responsibilities

Manage projects and / or portfolios with high complexity, risk, and scope to ensure successful delivery

Employ project management discipline to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities

Define project strategies aligned with the employer's mission, vision, and goals

Evaluate completed projects against cost / time projections and conduct Lessons Learned processes

Provide project management expertise and facilitation support to project team members

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of prior project management experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent certification (or master's degree in project management)

High level of customer service skills and excellent communication skills

Ability to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, coworkers, and senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles
