We are looking for Project Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will :

• Solid experience working as Scrum Master on complex, large projects with multiple teams or stakeholders;
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices, ceremonies, roles and values, with the ability to guide the team and organization in adopting agile;
• Previous experience with projects in the traditional model (Waterfall), with good ability to transition between agile and predictive approaches as needed;
• Experience in using agile management tools, with emphasis on Jira;
• Ability to analyze and monitor relevant agile metrics (speed, lead time, cycle time, burndown, throughput, etc.) to support decision making and drive continuous improvement;
• Ability to facilitate workshops, dynamics, conflict resolution and promote continuous improvement;
• Advanced English, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Differentiators :
• PSM I or II certification
• SAFe Certification
• PMI Certification
• Previous experience in global projects, working with distributed and multicultural teams
• Experience in other agile practices besides Scrum, such as Kanban, Lean or DevOps practices.
