Process Analyst - Business Process Excellence
We are seeking a skilled Process Analyst to join our team and drive business process excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and communication of status and issues that may impact expected costs or deliveries. Additionally, they will support the creation of process documentation, handle service desk inquiries, share knowledge with team members, and execute training sessions as needed.
Main Responsibilities :
- Responsible for project planning and execution.
- Communicate status and issues that may impact previously expected costs or deliveries.
- Support and execute the process documentation creation, aiming to share knowledge, support analysis, and provide operational instruction.
- Handle service desk as Tier 2 or 3, to solve doubts, issues, requests, and proposals, following agreed procedures, controls, and SLAs to comply with proper quality and criticality of the service.
- Share specific knowledge with other team members so they can act on behalf of the main responsible in case of vacation, sickness, or any other absence reason, to reduce handover impact.
- Support the business team during the performance monitoring creation related to processes and technologies already deployed to production (biz-as-usual).
- Execute training when needed and approved, to business teams and BPIT members, aiming for the proper understanding and execution of new processes and solutions.
- Cooperate with team members during their task execution, not restricted to each other's scope, promoting knowledge sharing, Lean and Agile methodology, ONE core values, focusing on BPM goals, and supporting issue resolution.
- Attend meetings, projects, and other global initiatives, acting as co-responsible for regional dissemination and follow-up.
- Learn and understand the company's official systems and platforms.
- Responsible for maintaining the monthly and four-month overtime balance according to company and department guidelines previously defined by my immediate manager and / or Human Resources team.
- Gather reports for BPIT Management analysis, indicating process, technology, and project status after squad leader review.
