Your role will involve developing and implementing QA strategies to ensure our solutions consistently meet high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

You will manage a team of QA professionals, guiding and mentoring them to achieve the best results.

Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the user experience and supporting the success of our products in the market.What you'll do : Lead a team of QA professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions.Develop and implement quality assurance processes and best practices.Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve defects.Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.Monitor and report on QA progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team and processes.Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you'll need to have : 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance3+ years of experience leading teams3+ years of experience in automation testing3+ years of experience in performance testing3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and / or military experienceExperience that would be great to have : Experience with automated testing toolsKnowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) toolsFamiliarity with security testing practicesUnderstanding of software development lifecyclesCertification in software testing methodologiesThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
