Quality Assurance Assistant

ResponsibilitiesPerform with high performance, ensuring the integrity and reliability of NSF certification processes.Manage the physical flow of samples (receiving, repackaging, storing, sending to laboratories, ensuring correct routing of samples to designated laboratories).

Review and organize test reports (ensure all data is complete and accurate, and that tests were performed according to certification rules).

Gather and organize test results into reportsWork collaboratively with the account management team, NSF Lab Scientist, and Technical Team.Assist in implementing and maintaining the certification process.EducationQUALIFICATIONSChemical technician, food technician, quality technician, logistics technician, or advanced degree in related fields.Knowledge And SkillsIntermediate to advanced English (communicative skills required)Document control and organizationOffice skillsAttention to detailQuality management systems / good laboratory practices
