Talent Operations Specialist

Role Summary : As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will oversee the critical functions of our hiring process, focusing on the seamless execution of interviews and candidate evaluations. This role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities :

• Direct all phases of the interview process, including preparation, scheduling, and outcome tracking.
• Assess English communication skills and align candidates and their profiles with job requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates.
• Gather and analyze feedback from interviews to enhance candidate selection processes.
• Ensure timely updates and communications across all platforms and stakeholders.
• Respond to clients and candidates via telephone, email, text, chat, or through other social media platforms to handle complex questions and requests that require dedicated time and research.
• Take video calls with candidates to address concerns in regards to roles, opportunities, and next steps and explain to them how to use Turing’s platform and to update relevant experience.
