We are seeking a skilled sales professional to manage inbound sales requests concerning bookings of properties based in São Paulo .
Responsibilities and attributions :
- Respond to incoming property sales inquiries full cycle and handle requests generated from all online sales channels, offering clients the best accommodation solution based on their needs;
- Support the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics;
- Interact and negotiate with clients, help them understand the business, and solve any queries they might have;
- Proactive daily pipeline management.
Requirements and qualifications :
Nice to have experience in sales or account management;Ability to run proper exploratory / discovery calls, be an active listener and objection handling and negotiation;Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays;Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;Customer-first mindset and hunter mentality;A coachable individual able to implement feedback;Advanced proficiency in English, ability to communicate effectively.
