What is Required (Qualifications)
2-5 years of full life cycle, high volume, corporate or agency recruitment experienceBachelor's degree or related experienceCreative sourcing and pipelining experience, including social media platformsAbility to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counselingExperience with researching, generating, and converting searches into a qualified candidate poolHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
