    • Responsabilidades

  • Contratar e desligar desenvolvedores.
  • Liderar, desenvolver e estruturar times de engenharia.
  • Desenvolver um onboarding claro e eficiente para novos desenvolvedores.
  • Criar um ambiente de alta performance, com foco em organização, produtividade e clareza de comunicação.
  • Trabalhar lado a lado com liderança de produto e operações, para alinhar prioridades e entregar resultados em ritmo acelerado.

    • Requisitos

  • Inglês fluente.
  • Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência como Engineering Manager (ou cargo equivalente em liderança de engenharia).
  • Experiência sólida em contratar, demitir, onboardar e gerenciar desenvolvedores.
  • Capacidade comprovada de estruturar times de engenharia em rápido crescimento.
  • Senso de urgência, responsabilidade e mentalidade hands-on.
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva.
