What you will do
- Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement : Assemble Sales Support Engineering team, align them on preliminary information, following internal RACI procedures; lead the Technical Discovery call with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport; demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the SDLC to guide discussions and identify project feasibility; use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives, extracting and analyzing high-level requirements (timeline, budget constraints, technical skill requirements, risk assessments); showcase presentation and storytelling skills in client-facing interactions.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation : Develop dynamic, visually compelling decks and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations; customize deliverables to reflect client-specific challenges; integrate technical insights with business strategy to account for immediate deliverables and long-term client growth.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff : Coordinate among Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering to ensure smooth hand-offs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kickoff; act as a client-facing concierge to drive successful onboarding; translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives; maintain a consulting mindset to align proposals with targeted business outcomes.
Must Haves
