What Your Responsibilities Will BePartner with Hiring Leaders to develop a complete understanding of each opening.

Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, offer extension and closing candidates.

Identify passive candidates using intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, and our ATSBe passionate about social media and savvy internet researchPipeline candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit forFocus & lead on Diversity identification, sourcing, and attractionProactively research and generate new / creative sourcing ideas for filling challenging positions by using knowledge of current sourcing practices and trendsEstablish and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycleWhat You''ll Need to be SuccessfulApproximately 6+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing talent in engineering and product roles.

In-house recruiting experience, ideally within tech / SaaS environmentsProven track record managing full-cycle recruitment : kick-off calls, job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer managementExcellent written and spoken English
