In this role, youll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, map, and source exceptional candidates for hard-to-fill roles across Go-To-Market, Finance, and Engineering functions.This is a strategic, high-impact sourcing role ideal for someone who loves building world-class pipelines, spotting top 10% talent, and making hiring teams say, Where did you find this person?!
What Youll DoPartner with recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs across a variety of functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, etc.)Build and manage longlists and shortlists of qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platformsCreate target company lists and use them for market mapping and outbound campaignsCraft high-converting outreach messages that drive engagement and increase response ratesTrack sourcing metrics, improve sourcing processes, and maintain clean documentation in our ATS (Ashby)Stay ahead of talent trends in LATAM to continuously improve search strategies and sourcing playbooksWhat Were Looking For2+ years of sourcing experience at a recruiting agency or tech companyDeep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing best practicesExperience sourcing talent across Latin America (especially in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil)Track record of sourcing both technical and non-technical roles (bonus : SaaS industry experience)Strong written English (C1+) with the ability to personalize and optimize outreach messagesReliable, organized, detail-oriented and able to self-manage in a fast-paced remote environmentBonus : Experience with tools like Loxo, Gem, Apollo or other sourcing toolsTo Apply : Pleased send a 2-5 minute loom video to luiz (at) latamcent.com -Showcase your experience, and why you want to work with us.Compensation$900.00 to $1,000 / month USD (depending on experience and performance)CommissionsUnlimited PTO & Holidays (After 3 months)Opportunity to grow into a Senior Sourcer or Talent Partner role over timeCompany OverviewLatamCent is the leading recruiting partner for B2B SaaS companies hiring remote talent in Latin America.
