The position is for a Recruiting Manager who will lead and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers, serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers while overseeing the complete recruiting lifecycle for internal and external candidates.The Recruiting Manager is a strategic, client-facing leadership role focused on building high-performing recruiting teams that deliver exceptional results for JLL's diverse client portfolio.What you'll doLead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to achieve individual and team performance goalsPartner with hiring managers and business leaders as a strategic talent advisor to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesManage end-to-end recruiting processes, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality candidates within established timelinesDrive talent acquisition initiatives that support business growth and client satisfaction objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, and Client Services to align recruiting efforts with broader business prioritiesImplement and optimize recruiting tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency and candidate experienceAnalyze recruiting metrics and data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decision-makingEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and JLL policies throughout the recruiting processBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersWhat we are looking forStrategic Leadership : Proven ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectivesTeam Management : Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing recruiting teamsRelationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levelsData-Driven Decision Making : Proficiency in leveraging recruiting analytics and metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic insightsTechnology Proficiency : Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologiesClient Focus : Ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentCommunication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and present to senior executivesAdaptability : Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership roleDemonstrated experience managing recruiting teamsExperience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levelsProficiency in HRIS systems and recruiting technologiesPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional recruiting certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, CIR, etc.)Experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or professional services industriesEstimated compensation for this position : 90,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
