Salary range for US employees in NYC, LA, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area : $132,400 - $149,000

Salary range for US employees outside of major cities : $119,200 - $134,100

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the employer's values, brand, and product

Collaborate with managers and interviewers to build high-performing, diverse teams

Run the recruiting pipeline end to end, focusing on engaging passive candidates

Guide hiring managers and interviewers towards unbiased candidate decisions

Monitor pipeline performance and analyze recruiting channels for effectiveness

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Deep experience recruiting for sales organizations

Proven ability to influence and partner with multiple executive stakeholders

Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive talent

Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Covey, Gem, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

Strong empathy and intuition in candidate interactions

Excellent communication skills, with clarity and precision

Experience in automating recruiting processes

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining organization

Creative problem-solving skills within challenging constraints
