We're looking for a dedicated
Employee Relations (ER) Manager
to lead our ER function in Brazil.
This role is crucial for cultivating a fair, legally compliant, and positive work environment.
The ER Manager will act as a strategic partner to our leadership and a key resource for our HR team, ensuring we effectively manage labor-related risks and uphold the integrity of our company's culture and practices.
Role Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Labor Relations and Advisory :
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert on all employee relations matters for management, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other stakeholders.
Investigations and Compliance :
Lead and manage the end-to-end investigation workflow for all employee-related incidents not related to the code of ethics and other specific compliance investigations.
Risk Management :
Conduct annual risk mapping to proactively identify and manage labor-related risks.
You'll analyze collective bargaining trends, regulatory changes, and employee sentiment to propose and manage mitigation plans.
Union and Collective Bargaining :
Act as the company's primary representative and point of contact for all union-related matters.
Policy and Process Management :
Training and Development :
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Serve as a key link between HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Compliance to align ER strategies with broader business goals.
