Derflanis seeking a Partner Sales Engagement Manager to join our consulting team, supporting a global technology leader in the cloud and infrastructure space.This is a high-impact consulting role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep experience in enterprise IT and technology transformation, and enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive large-scale migration and modernization initiatives across the LATAM region while building strategic relationships that enable long-term growth.Job Title : Partner Sales Engagement Manager (Consultant Role)Location : On-site in São Paulo, Brazil (no remote option)Monthly Salary : BRL 40,000 – 45,000 (CLT role)Contract Duration : 12 months (with potential for extension)Required : 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, technology transformation, and stakeholder engagement at major global companiesKey ResponsibilitiesDrive sales engagement with enterprise customers and partners in the LATAM regionLead and manage complex migration and modernization projects from initial assessment to completionWork closely with customers and partners to identify opportunities for workload migration to Intel-powered cloud environmentsCreate and present strong business cases that demonstrate the value of migration and modernization initiativesEnsure proper execution and delivery of projects according to established timelinesDevelop and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships to drive 10X ARR growthMonitor KPIs and provide regular project updates to stakeholdersFacilitate workshops to align business and technical teams on strategy and executionRequired Qualifications15+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT and large-scale technology transformationPrevious experience in co-sell environments at a global company (such as Partner Sales Manager or Partner Development Manager)Strong background in enterprise architecture and cloud technologiesProven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiativesDeep understanding of both mainframe and distributed systemsHands-on experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practicesStrong project management skills with experience in hybrid development environmentsExpertise in business strategy, product management, and organizational leadershipDemonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and drive organizational changeSolid background in risk management and change managementProficiency with modern collaboration and project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, or similar)Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish a plus)Experience working with financial institutions and enterprise customers in the LATAM regionWhy Join UsAs a Derflan consultant, you'll contribute directly to strategic projects with one of the world's leading technology companies.
