Key Responsibilities :
Own and drive Alibaba.com's growth strategy in Brazil across supplier acquisition, activation, and export readiness.
Analyze local market trends, competitor dynamics, and policy changes to inform business decisions.
Build and lead high-performing local teams across business development, marketing, customer success, and operations.
Establish a strong performance culture and ensure alignment with Alibaba's global goals and values.
Identify and develop key industry verticals and top-tier Brazilian exporters (SMEs and large manufacturers).
Forge partnerships with industry associations, export agencies, and logistics / fintech partners to build a strong ecosystem.
Own Brazil's P&L responsibility, including growth targets, sales metrics, user acquisition, and retention KPIs.
Implement data-driven management practices to track performance and optimize ROI.
Act as the bridge between Brazil and HQ teams in China and other regions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Provide market insights and feedback to help shape product localization and platform optimization.Qualifications :
