Role Summary : As a performance excellence specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our operations by leveraging feedback loops to drive goal-setting precision and operational feasibility.

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with regional teams to design and optimize synchronization processes that enhance operational efficiency.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies that leverage analytical tools (SQL / BI) to improve performance metrics.

Requirements : - Relevant experience in 3PL performance KPI operations or process optimization.

• Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in analytical tools.
