Gamification Engineering :

Real-time Optimization : Adjust reward probability and triggers using participation heatmaps to balance ROI and user experience.
Social Virality Design :
Create share-to-unlock models (e.g., split red packets, free-order sharing) for cost-efficient acquisition.
Qualifications
Experience :
Robust experience in user growth or gamification design, preferably in food delivery or O2O industries.
Hard Skills :
Proficient in mini-game frameworks (WeChat Mini Programs, ZEGO, etc.).
Applied knowledge of behavioral economics (loss aversion, instant gratification).
Data Capability :
Build funnel models to optimize CAC vs. LTV trade-offs.
Experienced in multivariate testing and attribution modeling.
