Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process from search initiation to offer extension
Source candidates using various methods, including employee referrals, social media, and job boards
Screen candidates to evaluate skills and understand their motivations
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of focused full-cycle recruiting experience
Track record of negotiating and navigating compensation conversations
Experience in sourcing and hiring talent in a geographically dispersed organization
Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage relationships effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multiple hiring managers to develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Strong influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
