The HR team at Latitude.sh is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
We work to build and prepare a solid team to achieve our goals.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for structuring the Talent Acquisition area by creating and leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, recruitment, interviewing, selection, and job offers.
You will also contribute with new ideas to enhance our recruitment process while leveraging data, KPIs and a strong analytical approach, to take Latitude.sh's talent sourcing to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
Design and own the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions across multiple teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Infrastructure, Finance, Sales, People, among others)
Source and attract qualified candidates using the most effective strategies for each role and seniority level
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers by deeply understanding their needs and supporting them in making the best hiring decisions
Conduct structured interviews, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience
Leverage sourcing tools and systems (LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, etc.) to maintain a high-quality talent pipeline
Train hiring leaders to help them craft effective job descriptions, conduct interviews and deliver a good candidate experience, ensuring thoughtful and high-quality hiring decisions
Proactively build and manage a network of diverse and highly qualified talent for future openings
Enhance employer branding by promoting Latitude.sh as an employer of choice globally
Define and analyze recruitment metrics, continuously recommending improvements to streamline hiring processes, sharing insights and proposing new approaches
Skills and Qualifications
Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)
Expertise in recruiting top talent, with the ability to align talent strategies with business priorities
Solid experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles across different seniority levels
Previous experience recruiting in tech-driven environments (startups, IT, SaaS, or similar) with familiarity with technical languages
Proficiency with ATS platforms (experience with Rippling is a plus) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and accountability
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders
