Operations Manager - Drive Efficiency and GrowthWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production team in achieving operational excellence.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of high-quality products, identifying and resolving production inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities : Oversee supply chain management and optimize productivity across all production lines.Analyze and eliminate production bottlenecks to improve overall efficiency.Develop and implement effective production data management systems to enhance performance reporting.Maintain strict financial controls to ensure compliance with organizational policies.Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.Foster open communication among internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and innovation.Conduct regular performance reviews and operational updates to inform strategic decision-making.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields.Postgraduate studies in industrial areas are highly desirable.At least 5 years of experience in production / assembly lines at global companies.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.Advanced English proficiency is essential.
