Job Title : Sales Operations SpecialistThis is an exciting opportunity to oversee the order-to-cash cycle, drive continuous improvements, and connect Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers.The ideal candidate has 4–7+ years of experience in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting, with hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM / partner portals are essential.Manage inbound & outbound logistics, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.Own the order-to-cash cycle : processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing invoicing.Align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.Serve as the daily link between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers.Support billing, collections, and proactive customer communications.Report weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution).
