What you'll be doing :
Develop a complete understanding of TLC business and culturePreparation of documents on behalf of the MD.Participate in intro meetings – ability to present TLC, prepare the meeting, select relevant case studies, and ask key briefing questions based on the sector.Prepare briefings and lead brainstorming sessions.Brief and follow up with Account, Partnership, Creative and Planning teams, ensuring all process are being followed and internal approval.Working closely with Creative and Strategy departments to create decks for the MD. These would be used in creds meetings, client proposals, etcDevelop and present commercial proposals for tactical promotion or loyalty campaigns – including TLC credentials, brand insights, audience analysis, case studies, strategic recommendations, mechanics, prize structure / justification, and pricing – ensuring the best solution for each client.Draft contracts (based on our templates), manage handovers, and follow up on reports.Maintain strong client relationships.Contribute to the overall quality and success of TLC and its clients.Collaborate with the team on new opportunities and approaches for clients, thinking big and proactively about revenue potential.Organize pending tasks and follow-ups internally and with clients.Co-ordinating schedules for client and internal meetingsExecutive team meeting minutesFormatting documents and presentations (Hugs, Conferences)Ensuring that processes and actions from meetings and projects are being followed and report back to MD.Research and prepare information for client / partner / external meetings.Logging CRM interactions on behalf of the MDAssist in client and partner meetings with the MD (calls and face to face). Take notes and manage next stepsAssist in internal meetings with the MD and represent the MD at times of absence in certain meetings. Take note and manage next steps.Client contact; confident to contact potential and current MD clients by telephone and email on a daily basis to follow up and advise in accordance with the MD´s requirements.Who we're looking for :
Experience in account management, or strategic planning teams.Sales skills – essential to be a commercial personStrong commitment to goals and results.Fantastic attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and good teamwork skillsExcellent time management and organisation skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Extensive and advanced experience using power point & excelAble to work independently and effectively. Flexible and able to multi-task. Can react well to changing priorities, reorganise work plans and remain focused on the tasks in hand.Advanced / Fluent in EnglishPersonal attributes
