Lifecycle Marketing Manager
to lead how we design, orchestrate, and optimize our nurture journeys.
Your role is to turn segmentation and market intelligence into personalized experiences that engage, convert, and continuously feed back into our growth strategy.
You'll ensure that every lead gets the right message at the right time, across digital touchpoints, events, and content.
You'll also lead continuous discovery with HR leaders and decision-makers to refine our understanding of their motivations, needs, and barriers.

Your Role
Shape meaningful journeys : define the purpose and timing of nurture flows, ensuring every interaction adds value and builds connection.
Orchestrate collaboration : work across Events, CRM, Digital Journey, and High Touch teams to create personalized experiences that resonate with our audiences.
Turn insight into action : transform market intelligence and segmentation into journeys that are practical, engaging, and relevant.
Measure what matters : track engagement and conversion, and use learnings to continuously refine and optimize our approach.
Fuel continuous learning : bring insights helping sharpen our understanding of segments and opportunities.
Stay close to the customer : lead ongoing conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers to uncover motivations, challenges, and needs.
Our Expectations of a Strong Candidate
Customer-centered mindset : deeply curious, empathetic, and eager to understand people motivations and challenges, and able to turn those insights into meaningful nurture journeys.
Strategic clarity with hands-on ability : connects market intelligence, segmentation, and brand positioning into clear lifecycle strategies and knows how to bring them to life through CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot or similar).
Analytical drive : strong ability to measure impact, interpret data, and translate insights into optimizations that increase engagement and conversion.
Collaborative leadership : thrives in orchestrating multiple stakeholders (Brand, Growth Intelligence, RevOps, Events, CRM Marketing, High Touch), aligning efforts into coherent, effective journeys.
Discovery and research : conducts interviews and research with HR leaders and decision-makers to refine personas and motivators.
