We provide high-speed, low-latency internet to industries such as maritime, energy, construction, and rail, enabling businesses in remote and challenging environments to stay connected 24 / 7.Trusted by global enterprises—including major construction firms, healthcare trusts, and ship management companies, Clarus is recognized for exceptional service, technical expertise, and transformative solutions.As part of our international growth, we are expanding into Brazil and seeking a skilled Account Manager in São Paulo to develop client relationships and drive growth.The RoleThe Account Manager will focus on a mix of new business development and account management, helping to grow Clarus' presence across Brazil.

This role is client-facing, commercially driven, and offers strong career progression as the business expands.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and win new enterprise clients in sectors such as maritime, energy, construction, and rail.Manage and expand existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.Build Clarus' brand presence and pipeline in Brazil.Work with clients to design tailored connectivity solutions using Starlink, OneWeb, 4G / 5G, and other technologies.Collaborate with Clarus' UK team on market strategy and client delivery.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For5+ years B2B sales / account management experience, ideally in telecoms, satellite communications, or technology solutions.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Ability to combine business development with long-term relationship management.Knowledge of industries such as maritime, energy, construction, or rail is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and C-level stakeholders.Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.BenefitsWhat We OfferSalary : R$250,000 – R$300,000 + performance incentives.Opportunity to play a key role in establishing Clarus in Brazil.Career growth with progression opportunities as the business expands in Latin America.Represent market-leading solutions, including Starlink and OneWeb.Backing from Clarus' experienced UK team and global support network.Why Join Clarus Networks?
