About the Role
We are expanding our presence in Brazil and seeking a Sales & Operations Lead to ensure every customer order and shipment runs smoothly, from confirmation to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you will own the order-to-cash cycle, drive continuous improvements, and act as the connector between Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers.

What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound & outbound logistics , ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.
- Own the order-to-cash cycle : processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing invoicing.
- Align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.
- Serve as the daily link between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers.
- Support billing, collections, and proactive customer communications.
- Report weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution).
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability.
What We’re Looking For
4–7+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting.Hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers.Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil.Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM / partner portals.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.A customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.Nice to Have
Experience in industrial chemicals, lubricants, or distribution.Knowledge of foreign-trade documentation and warehouse cycles.Basic process-improvement skills.What We Offer
