What You'll Do
First Week : You will work closely with an onboarding mentor to learn about Quorum's many products, users, and the public affairs world.
You will start getting up to speed on the operations of the Product team, our business strategies, and our complete development function.
First Month : You'll get up to speed on existing product operations and start to identify and share opportunities for improvements to processes around product feedback and documentation.
First Six Months : You'll have developed an improved product feedback cycle; streamlining the complete process of collecting and organizing user feedback, analyzing data to estimate and measure impact, align feedback to roadmaps across the full product portfolio, and effectively communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
First year : You'll have made significant updates to the standard operating procedures and operations of the Product Team in order to meet the organization's broader business objectives.
About You
You have at least three years of full-time professional experience working as a product operations specialist or product manager, preferably building software as a service (saas) or other B2B solutions.
You can demonstrate expertise in project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion.
You can effectively manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
You pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, reporting, and project management.
You recognize the importance of precision in product operations.
You are results oriented; focused on achieving measurable results and outcomes.
You set clear goals and work diligently to accomplish objectives within established timelines.
You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and can effectively present written and verbal information to a wide range of audiences.
You have a solid understanding of the technical aspects of product development.
You communicate effectively with technical teams and grasp the intricacies of product features.
You're a highly-motivated and meticulous self-starter who wants to make valuable contributions to a team from day one.
You're excited about taking initiative and getting your hands dirty to expand your skills and suggesting solutions to challenging problems that require tradeoffs.
About the Product Team
We're a fast-growing team that is dedicated to improving our people, processes, and platform and putting our users first.
The product team includes product management, project operations, user experience, design, and user research.
Product works to understand customer and market needs and to design and deliver world-class solutions that meet those needs.
We're very close as a team and invest not only in each others' skills and careers but also in building real relationships with one another : product development is a team sport and we believe that it's better (and more fun) to work on a team of people that you know well and care about.
We are a remote-first team with flexible work options : work remotely, or you may choose to come into our office in Belo Horizonte.
Our team loves to spend time doing fun things outside of the office - both together and remote, which we call Quorum Fun events.
