What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive US and Expat recruitment activity by screening and interviewing prospective employees

Proactively source talent through multiple channels to meet recruitment needs

Manage temporary and permanent vacancies, ensuring priorities are met

Partner with Operations to support intern and apprentice programs, including the SkillBridge Program

Lead advertising, shortlisting, and negotiations with successful candidates

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven track record in direct sourcing and interviewing, preferably in Aviation, Defense, Engineering, or Maintenance

Experience in sourcing candidates across multiple channels, including job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn

Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes in the US and preferably internationally

Highly proficient in MS Office

Ability to travel domestically and internationally for recruitment activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience operating in the Aviation or Defense sectors

Familiarity with niche job boards and innovative sourcing techniques

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
