Responsibilities
- Drive market expansion for industrial robots and automation solutions in Latin America (key countries : Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina), and develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify client needs in industries such as new energy vehicles (NEV), metal processing, and mining equipment manufacturing, promoting industrial robots and peripheral equipment.
- Maintain long-term partnerships with local distributors, agents, and end clients, ensuring annual sales and payment collection goals are met.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions, supporting bidding, contract negotiations, and project implementation and collaborate with headquarters to enhance localized services improving customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Submit regular Latin America market analysis reports to guide HQ on product iteration and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, or related fields.Experience : Minimum 5 years in overseas sales of industrial robots, automation equipment, or high-end manufacturing.Language : Fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus.Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of Latin America’s manufacturing landscape.Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel are essential, and Strong independent market research and customer needs analysis skills.WHAT WE OFFER :
