The Opportunity
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to our Global Sales and Operations team in São Paulo. This role is a key part of our Sales Automation strategy, supporting the sales team by developing high-quality content for campaigns and driving demand generation. The position focuses on optimizing and automating the lead funnel to scale outbound marketing efforts, reduce lead stagnation, and boost the volume of qualified opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a strong understanding of automation tools and funnel performance optimization.
Your Impact
- Develop and manage sales campaign content to support outbound marketing initiatives.
- Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows across the sales funnel to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and analyze lead funnel performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or stagnation points.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
- Continuously test and refine messaging, timing, and targeting to improve campaign conversion rates.
- Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to lead generation, funnel progression, and qualified opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Research and implement best practices and new tools to improve sales automation and funnel optimization.

Who You Are
Previous experience in content marketing and / or digital marketing.Excellent writing and editing skills in Portuguese and English.Ability to work collaboratively in a team, but also autonomously when necessary.Academic background in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field is desirable.Proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Italian and / or German) is a plus.Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is a plus.We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
