The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate taxation, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under constant deadlines.You will be responsible for preparing and filing corporate federal and state income tax returns, preparing quarterly federal estimated tax payments, researching transactions of an unusual nature, and ensuring all filing dates are met to satisfy tax compliance obligations.In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive benefits package.This position reports to the Director Federal Tax and has no direct or indirect reports but could evolve to have direct reports in the future.The role requires up to 5% domestic travel, including overnight stays.We are looking for a talented professional who is passionate about tax and finance.
