Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tax Manager, located in São Paulo, SP. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, tax compliance, tax preparation, and ensuring adherence to tax law. The role includes managing tax strategies, minimizing tax liabilities, and optimizing financial performance. The manager will also review financial documents for accurate tax reporting and provide guidance on tax-related matters to other departments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation
• In-depth knowledge of Tax Law and regulations
• Broad understanding of corporate tax strategies and financial performance optimization
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in São Paulo, SP
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus
• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance is beneficial
