The Role
We are seeking an Executive Search Principal to lead senior-level search mandates and strengthen a network and reputation as a trusted advisor in executive hiring. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings over 10 years of experience in executive search , deep expertise in sourcing niche and senior profiles , and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.
You will serve as both a thought partner to clients and a talent strategist , driving the full lifecycle of executive search—from business development and client management to market mapping, candidate engagement, and successful placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end executive search processes for senior and C-suite roles.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Conduct in-depth market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify and attract hard-to-find executives.
- Partner with candidates throughout the process, ensuring an excellent experience and long-term fit.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, strengthening Keeta’s brand, and expanding our network.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in executive search, ideally with a top-tier executive search or boutique firm.Proven track record of hiring for senior and niche roles across multiple industries or specialized verticals.Strong business development and client relationship skills.Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into talent strategies.Fluent in English.
