Head of Acquisition
Were a bold new startup launching in Brazil's thrilling iGaming market, and we're looking for a Head of Acquisition to build our growth engine from scratch. No prior iGaming experience is needed; we want your core expertise in scaling digital products. Your mission is to define and execute our user acquisition strategy across paid media,affiliate networks, and new channelsowning full-funnel metrics.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the user acquisition strategy, aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Coordinate the team responsible for budget allocation, channel strategy definition, campaign implementation and optimization (Meta, Google, ad networks, DSPs, etc).
- Continuously expand the channel portfolio, exploring new partners, formats, and experiments to ensure diversification of the acquisition strategy.
- Coordinate and optimize the affiliate strategy, ensuring efficiency, ROI, and scalability.
- Work closely with product and data teams to influence the entire acquisition journey, not only media indicators, but also conversion rates, onboarding, and initial retention.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to optimize creatives and promotions, ensuring that messages, offers, and formats are always aligned with acquisition needs and ROAS maximization.
- Be responsible for managing the acquisition strategy and controlling key business metrics such as ROAS, LTV / CAC, and Payback.
- Ensure excellence in data analysis, extracting insights and translating them into practical allocation and optimization decisions.
Requirements
Proven experience in strategy and execution of user acquisition for digital products / app-first.In-depth knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, Ad Networks, etc).Analytical and data-driven profile, with strong command of key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Payback.Ability to solve problems pragmatically, with ease in navigating constantly changing environments and horizontal culture.Excellent communication and leadership skills, acting as a role model for the team.Experience in affiliates and performance partnerships.PortugueseNice to Have
Degree in Engineering or fields with a strong analytical foundation.Experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth digital companies.
