We are seeking a bilingual, client-facing Salesforce expert who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and communication. This role requires a blend of deep Salesforce solution design skills and a consultative approach to presales engagement. The ideal candidate is confident leading discovery sessions, crafting tailored Salesforce-based solutions, and clearly articulating value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Portuguese and English .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead client-facing discovery sessions to uncover business needs and technical requirements.
• Design and present scalable, effective Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor in presales engagements, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment from proposal through delivery.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations to drive trust and credibility.
• Participate in proposal development and solution scoping.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of presales processes and assets.
