As an SC you are both sales focused and technically savvy.

You will be successful in selling to buyers across market segments in a high volume / velocity environment and convincing senior executives of the technical merits of the software solution.

You will work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers, to be the technical bridge between our Sales team and their prospects.

You will take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our prospects to drive customer happiness by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite and virtual.Requirements3+ years of Presales experienceAwareness of web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and Saas ApplicationsExperience mapping customer requirements to software solutionsGood interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skillsExperience scoping, leading, and executing customer Proof of ConceptsKnowledge of SaaS Business applicationsOutstanding problem solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solutionYou have superior solution scoping abilities, using our existing solution and influencing new product developmentBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceSome travel may be requiredYou have an obvious passion and people skillsStrong Spanish and conversational English skills are requiredDesired SkillsAwareness of CCaaS and peripheral technologiesPrevious consulting experience implementing enterprise class software solutions.Broad knowledge of one or more of the following : Customer Service softwareITSMBusiness intelligenceWorkforce ManagementQAIntegration & middlewareUnderstanding and awareness of how AI is impacting the customer service businessExperience in AI technologies, LLM, ChatGBT, etc.Domain expertise in specific industriesUnderstanding of developing reference architecture in support of client solutionsWhere We WorkZendesk is not your average tech company.
