The Opportunity

As a Solutions Consultant, you are a key contributor to the consulting strategy and positioning of value across the Adobe Experience Cloud product portfolio to prospective and current customers.

You will lead customer discoveries, product demonstrations, and internal consulting across our organization to provide a consistent message on how Adobe provides value.

Our team members love to understand the big picture and business value of our solutions, while we are also passionate about the tech that makes the solutions work.

Your exceptional technical expertise should be matched by your ability to present and collaborate with the rest of the selling team and the prospects and customers we work with.

What you'll Do

  • Proactively collaborate with Account Executives in a wide-ranging, fast-paced sales environment to identify and uncover customer business goals, needs and pains.
  • Demonstrate the Adobe value proposition through highly customized solution discussions, presentations, architectural designs sessions and workshops.
  • Align Adobe's solutions with the other technical elements of our customer and prospects digital solutions and marketing ecosystems.
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated, technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience with enterprise marketing technology platforms or commerce technology
  • Strategic understanding of content as a service, content pipeline, content management and Omni-channel content delivery.
  • Experience with selling or implementing an enterprise-class Web content management solution is required; a big plus if that solution is AEM or CQ5.

  • Experience in programming languages
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong listening skills with ability to work successfully with people at all levels in an organization
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptionally hands-on in all the work you're doing
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
