This is a key underwriting role incorporating broker engagement, loss prevention and risk mitigation on a team utilizing market leading capacity and capabilities in the property market.Develops key broker relationships and attracts new business in the large and middle market accounts areaWorks closely with engineering team and across the organization to develop and deliver tailored solutionsWorks with Brokers to determine Insurance needs and provide solutionsUnderwrites and analyzes new and renewal business within delegated underwriting framework.

Administers underwriting guidelines & regulations.Communicates and collaborates across the organization- Claims, Product Management, Loss Control, Legal, Distribution to provide solutions / recommendations to achieve organizational success.What you will need to succeedBachelor's Degree or equivalent required.Experience underwriting property lines in the middle market or large account segmentsExperience working with loss control engineering data in a property underwriting contextAbility to work independently to meet deadlines, as well as in a team to accomplish goalsStrong analytical, decision-making and marketing skills are requiredExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsMust have excellent communication, organization, negotiating and leadership skills.Advanced English skillsReady to maximize your impact?
