Who We’re Looking For

We seek a dynamic Implementation Specialist who combines strong project management expertise with solid technical knowledge (preferably in the electronic payments industry). You’ll be the bridge between technology and business, ensuring that customer processing implementation projects run smoothly, efficiently, and with long-term impact.

Your Profile

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master’s a plus).
  • Experience : 3–5 years in project management and technical implementation (experience in the electronic payments industry is highly valued, but not mandatory).

Strong knowledge in :

  • IT systems, networks, and applications
  • Payment transaction processing and industry business principles
  • Electronic payment processing systems, formats, and customer host interface testing
  • APIs (Java, open languages), network services & development methodologies
  • Skilled communicator at all levels.
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional and matrix teams.
  • Bilingual : English & Spanish fluency required.

    As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in bringing electronic payments solutions to life through a strategic project for Mastercard. You will :

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects with clients.
  • Assess customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Oversee system impact analysis, testing, and integration.
  • Provide guidance and training to client teams.
  • Ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with product standards.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients and industry leaders across LATAM.
