This role is responsible for administering core HR programs and providing frontline support in the areas of employee relations, HR administration & compliance, and performance management.
The ideal candidate is people-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsAct as a trusted resource for team members and leaders on HR-related inquiries, policies, and best practicesSupport investigations and resolution of employee concerns in partnership with HR leadershipPromote a positive work culture and employee engagement across sitesHR Administration & ComplianceSupport the administration of the HR Service Delivery in Dayforce (HR Cases)Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel filesSupport compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesAssist in audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive dataPerformance ManagementAssist in tracking performance review cycles and developmental plansHelp coordinate training sessions, policy rollouts, and compliance educationProvide support to managers in coaching, documentation, and progressive discipline processesQualificationsCritical Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred3+ years of HR experience; prior experience in residential property management or a multi-site field environment a plusWorking knowledge of HR laws and regulations specific to California (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred)Ability to travel to sites occasionally as neededPreferred Bilingual in Spanish & EnglishWillow Bridge BenefitsWillow Bridge Property Company offers competitive pay, a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and 401(k) and opportunities for career development and advancement.Typical base compensation range depending on experience : $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year USD
