You should be able to move easily between strategic HR advisory work and hands-on execution.

You should also enjoy working closely with leadership in an international setting.You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with consultants and business units to understand HR needs and align initiatives.Participate in workforce and location strategies.Act as the primary HR contact, providing guidance to employees and managers.Lead recruitment processes by collaborating with hiring managers to ensure we select the right talent for the right roles.Manage and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure the smooth integration of new hires.Oversee performance management processes and support managers and employees in setting and achieving development goals.Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.Partner with managers to develop training and development programs that support career growth.Deliver operational excellence by providing hands-on support across core HR processes to ensure smooth execution and practical solutions : Handle payroll providers and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing;Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and regulations, and advise on international labor law matters as applicable;Maintain and update HR policies, processes, and employee documentation.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong HR generalist background, ideally in consulting or professional services.Hands-on approach : You're equally comfortable shaping HR strategy and handling contracts or onboarding.Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law.
