We are looking for a professional with good generalist experience in HR, with strong capacity for strategic and operational action. This person will be an HR reference for Latin America (Brazil, Chile and Colombia), ensuring the application of group policies, compliance with local legal obligations and close support to leaders and employees. The ideal candidate must possess :
Your Responsibilities :
- Act as HR focal point for the LATAM region, with direct responsibility for routines and processes in Brazil, and oversight of compliance and guidelines in Chile and Colombia
- Manage payroll, onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and benefits processes in conjunction with local accounting / BPO providers
- Develop and review internal HR policies, ensuring alignment with the global guidelines of the HOYER group
- Support local leaders in topics of performance management, organizational development, climate and engagement
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and act in the prevention of legal and labor risks
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, culture and internal communication initiatives in the region
- Acting in internal and external audits, providing data and reports as needed
- Conduct punctual selection processes and support local training
- Support and guide the junior HR team and young apprentice in administrative routines
Your Expertise :
Professional experience : average of 7 years of experience in generalist HR positions, no more than 10 years, working in processes such as payroll, benefits, labor compliance, organizational development and leadership supportEducation : Complete higher education in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related areasLanguages : Advanced English (essential) and intermediate Spanish (preferred)Technical profile : Domain in payroll processes, labor compliance, employee lifecycle management, and practical knowledge of HR routinesPersonal skills : Organization, sense of urgency, clear communication, results-oriented performance and good interpersonal skillsAutonomy : Ability to make decisions responsibly and act with minimal supervision, escalating only critical issues or issues of strategic impactBenefits :
