If so, explore the key challenges of this position and what we expect you to develop : Identify the company's financial situation through analysis of financial resources and economic agents, seeking improvements and supporting strategic decision-making;Develop, analyze, and submit budget planning for review by local and divisional executive management, and carry out accurate forecasting throughout the year;Develop internal procedures for the finance department and contribute to procedures in other departments to ensure standardization of activities;Protect and manage company assets, supporting appropriate processes for inventory and fixed assets;Ensure all financial reports and information comply with the solid principles of "The Way We Do Things";Guarantee that all statutory and accounting closing activities are performed properly, with quality and within deadlines, ensuring the success of the "zero reporting journey";Understand, organize, and monitor product cost development;Manage cash flow and group indicators related to working capital to avoid shortages in operating funds;Develop the finance team by offering the best training and development opportunities, acting as a leader who fosters a culture of continuous learning;Develop and lead an accountancy team and manage external consultants;Manage ERP upgrade and lead the project with management team;Responsible to monthly closing report and work in closely cooperation with divisional team;Promote diversity and inclusion within the team and across the business, leading by example.Knowledge and ExperienceSolid experience in finance and controlling roles;Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;Familiarity and experience with the solid principles of "The Way We Do Things";Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Power BI;Desirable specialization or MBA in finance, business management, internal controls, or related areas;Advanced English proficiency to lead business meetings (BRM – Business Review Meetings and CRM – Company Review Meetings) with division and business area representatives.SkillsProblem-solving focus and excellent data analysis skills;Leadership, with prior experience in team management preferred;Ability and passion for translating indicators and KPIs into relevant business insights;Growth mindset and agility in learning;Very resilient and able to work in a challenge environment.Job locationCajamar, São PauloUniting curious mindsBehind every innovative solution, there are people working together to transform the future.
