The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial structure, reporting, compliance, investor relations, and day-to-day financial management across multiple jurisdictions.Language Requirements : Portuguese – mustEnglish – mustSpanish – advantageKey Responsibilities : Financial Oversight of all company activitiesManage P&L by business unitPlan and track budget vs. actualsDrive cost control and margin optimizationMaintain updated and actionable business forecastsLegal & Contractual CoordinationCollaborate with lawyers and advisorsReview and track contracts, agreements, and partnershipsOversee documentation with vendors and partnersCompliance & Reporting across jurisdictionsCoordination with agents and external service providersBookkeeping Oversight ensuring accuracy and audit readinessRevenue & Cash Flow TrackingPayment Operations & Banking including account openings, transfers, and banking relationshipsAutomation & Tooling : leverage AI and international resources for scalabilityInvestor & Business Owner CommunicationMaintain an organized and up-to-date dataroomRequirements & Advantages5+ years' experience as a Financial ControllerFluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage processes hands-onComfortable with new technologies, automation tools, and AI (early adopter mindset is a plus)Experience in gambling, gaming, or B2C industries is an advantageIf you have the experience outlined above, please apply today for more information
