Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the financial work of local settlement operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review invoices and approve adjustment items in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to financial questions from merchants regarding reconciliation and settlement.
• SUMMARIZE merchant reconciliation and settlement issues and provide relevant training documents.
• Identify optimization opportunities for reconciliation and settlement processes and collaborate with production and research teams to implement changes.
• Follow up on settlement-related matters and communicate with relevant departments and partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in the development of financial operation processes and policies and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Regularly participate in merchant satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with relevant teams to enhance merchant services.
• Handle complex cross-departmental communication and external communication matters.
