Ideal candidates have : Bilingual English / Portuguese, Spanish is a plusMinimum of 3-4 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience, capable of leading small projectsInterest and experience in finance, leadership, project management and consultative sellingAn outstanding degree from a top University augmented by skills in presentation, delivery and financial analysis, MBA or similarThorough knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA desire for extensive domestic and international travelProven presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organizationA mature and professional demeanorWillingness to travel as needed (up to 60% of the year)All candidates must be eligible to work in the Brazil permanently without sponsorshipWhat you ´ll do at BTSClient interviews with CEOs and business leaders to develop an understanding of their company's key levers for driving profitability and growthLead senior level executives through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participant's understanding of relevant content areasCollaborate and lead small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery-based learning solutionsWork in several accounts including taking the lead in establishing and maintaining long term relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities and generation of leadsCollaborate in multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries and countriesWe offer : Competitive compensation and benefits package; full-time contract (subject to a probation period of 3 months)Casual and fun professional atmosphere emphasizing flexibility and individual growthHybrid work (3 office days and 2 homeoffice)
