About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to join our growing team in Brazil. This role will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimising NetSuite ERP solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to our business stakeholders. You will play a critical part in enabling process improvements, supporting ongoing enhancements, and ensuring the business leverages NetSuite to its fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support NetSuite ERP implementations across finance, supply chain, and operations modules.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective NetSuite solutions.
• Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide subject matter expertise across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimise business processes and align them with system capabilities.
• Deliver training and support for end users, ensuring knowledge transfer and adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customisations, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and manage change requests.
• Stay updated on NetSuite best practices, new releases, and emerging functionality.
